What Can Affect Invisalign® Treatment Time?

In certain cases, it can take as little as 6 months for patients to complete their Invisalign® treatment. However, typically a patient can expect their treatment to take between 12 and 18 months. If your case is more complicated or if you don’t follow your treatment plan correctly, it can take up to 2 years or more to complete your Invisalign® plan.

How often will I need to visit Dr. Cramer during my treatment?
Throughout your treatment, you can expect to be fitted around every 6 weeks for your series of trays. These aligners will be swapped out every 1 to 2 weeks to align your teeth over the period of treatment time required.
