Investing in Your Smile, Without the Stress
Talking about money shouldn’t feel like another thing to brace for. If you’re weighing the cost of a new smile against everything else on your plate, that hesitation is normal, and it’s one Nikki, our office manager, and the rest of the team hear every single day.
Here’s what we believe: the right treatment plan shouldn’t be decided by what your insurance allows or what fits neatly into a payment box. It should be decided by what’s actually best for your smile. So before we ever talk numbers, we talk about you: your goals, your timeline, your comfort level with the process. Then we sit down with you to build a financial plan around that, not the other way around.
A Plan That Makes Sense From Day One
Making the Most of Your Insurance Benefits
Insurance can help offset part of the cost, and handling that paperwork is something our team has gotten very good at. In most cases, we’re able to accept assignment of your benefits directly and file the claim on your behalf, so it’s one less thing sitting on your to-do list.
Orthodontic coverage almost always runs separately from your general dental benefits, with its own lifetime maximum and its own set of rules. Before treatment starts, Nikki reviews your specific plan with you so you know what’s covered, what isn’t, and what to expect out of pocket, no guessing required.
And because we’re not locked into any one carrier’s network, your fee is set by your treatment plan, not by what a contract allows. We’ll still do the legwork to help you claim whatever your plan owes you along the way.
